Evan is screaming at the top of his lungs - pretty loud - at our cats, and starting to do it for other things too. We want him to stop, but he doesn't really understand discipline yet I guess. Kate tries to be stern and Evan will just laugh. It's pretty early to have to worry about discipline? Or not. We're noobs. Any tips/thoughts?
